NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2016, and entered in 58-2014-CA-004619 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LISA BETH GUSSIN F/K/A LISA MAIER A/K/A LISA BETH MAIER; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1143, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
