NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA003854 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff and REBECCA E. CORRIGAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 19th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 2763, 55th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 40, 40A through 40E, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
