NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 006046 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST, SERIES 2014-1, is Plaintiff and GLINDA KAY ORTIZ A/K/A GLINDA K. ORTIZ, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 19th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Block 1920, of 41st addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 42 through 42F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
