NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30 March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-002938-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank NA, successor trustee to Bank Of America, NA, successor in interest to LaSalle Bank NA, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2007-OA3, is the Plaintiff and Donna Smith a/k/a Donna L. Smith, Dustin Smith a/k/a Dustin J. Smith, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 18th of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK 12, RICHEY LAKES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY LAND LYING EAST THEREOF UP TO WEST SHORE OF THE LAKE WHICH LIES WITHIN THE EXTENSION OF THE MOST NORTHERLY LINE OF LOT 2 AND SOUTH LINE OF LOT 1.
