NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30 March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA003593CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and Erick Cascante, Paola A. Astudillo, Tierra Del Sol Homeowner's Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 18th of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
