NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-003946WS in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, GEORGE W. RIEMENSCHNEIDER JR, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 27th day of June, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 620, BEAR CREEK SUBDIVISION, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 135, 136 AND 137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
