NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004501CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-C, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and BONNIE L. TEMPLE, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, except the South 30 feet, and all of Lots 19 and 20, COLLEGE PLACE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 20 1/2, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 13616 13th Street, Dade City, FL 33525
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
