NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000306-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and JOSHUA LEE BIGWOOD A/K/A JOSHUA BIGWOOD; BOBBY JO BIGWOOD A/K/A BOBBY BIGWOOD are Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk & Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 11TH day of JULY, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
