NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29 December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002424 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon FKA The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-through Trust 2006-J1, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-J1, is the Plaintiff and Baiba Kivlane, Bank of America, N.A., Garrett Cronin, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
