NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Defendant's Motion to Set Aside Default and Final Judgment Against Defendant or, in the Alternative for Rehearing and Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated February 5, 2016, entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-000245 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Robert D. Loy; The Unknown Spouse of Robert D. Loy; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; Tara House South Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 20th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3, BLOCK 1 OF TARA HOUSE SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO SAID UNIT INCLUDING THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED FRACTIONAL INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16446, PAGE 675, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENT(S) THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
