NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-009074 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ELBERON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and FRANK RICHARD PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK RICHARD PEREZ; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 A.M., on the 20th day of May, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. C of ELBERON PLACE, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4581, page 747, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
