NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-009741, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and VIDEL SURIEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIDAL SURIEL; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1211 IN BUILDING 1200 OF GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 9, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH OF COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
