NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008204, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5 is Plaintiff and PAUL MONTGOMERY A/K/A PAUL V. MONTGOMERY; TRACY J. MONTGOMERY A/K/A TRACY MONTGOMERY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; COA INVESTMENTS, LLC; HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 17 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK A, HEATHER LAKES UNIT XXXV, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE(S) 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
