NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 12, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-006391 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and TARANJA SAMPSON, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 17, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
