NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated April 8, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-002524 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26 is Plaintiff and LYNN MCCARTHY, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 27, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
