NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 31, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-007793 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6 is Plaintiff and LARRY COLEMAN, WENDY COLEMAN, MAGNOLIA TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., BANK OF AMERICA, NA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of May, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16 OF MAGNOLIA TRAILS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE(S) 118 THROUGH 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
