TRUST 2007-HE7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE7, is Plaintiff and KATHY A. SPRINGBORN, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM CAROL G. GAINES, FKA CAROL R. PETERS AND CHARLES J. GAINES, JR., HUSBAND AND WIFE AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 5734. PAGE 1837 DATED 07/08/1989 AND RECORDED 07/11/1989, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
