NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-001326 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL GILMORE, JR. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING 245 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, GO NORTH 125 FEET, EAST 85 FEET, SOUTH 125 FEET, WEST 85 FEET, TO POINT OF BEGINNING, IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET AND LESS THE EAST 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
