NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 28, 2016 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County Florida, the Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit No. 79 of The Temple Terrace Patio Homes Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3071, Page 695 and in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 79 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
