NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default entered April 4, 2016 in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County Florida, the Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
