NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 4, 2016 in Civil Case No. 29-2014-CA-001938 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and ROBIN R. BELVEAL, JEFFREY DE LOACH, RADIUS CAPITAL CORP., DBA HOME MORTGAGE OF AMERICA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY DE LOACH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBIN R. BELVEAL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of May, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
