Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, Reformation, and Assessment of Reasonable Attorneys' Fees (“Final Judgment”) dated April 8, 2016, in Case No. 2014 CA 010029 of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., as successor-by-merger to M&I BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., a Delaware corporation, as nominee for M&I Bank, FSB; CITRUS POINTE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit; MIGUEL A. ROSARIO, individually; and SHIRLEY DELGADO, individually, are the Defendants, the Office of the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on May 18, 2016, the following-described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Lot 12, Block 10 of CITRUS POINTE UNIT 1, according to the Plat hereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page(s) 21, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
