NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011508 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-IM2, Plaintiff, and, ZAPATA, TERESA, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of May, 2016, the following described property:
UNIT NO. G-303, OF THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14128, AT PAGE 301, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
