NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-008725-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF TERRY BYRD A/K/A TERRY C. BYRD, DECEASED; CARMELIA N. REYNOLDS, HEIR; TERRILL I. REYNOLDS, HEIR; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TERRILL REYNOLDS;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of August, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK E. WEST SHADOW LAWN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
