Commonly known as: 1104 15th Avenue Northwest, Largo, FL 33770; and
Lot 1, Block “D”, of AVONDALE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 40, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
Commonly known as: 1740 Harbor Drive, Clearwater, FL 33755;
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Tonya Willis Pitts, the plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 1800 Second Street, Suite 757, Sarasota, Florida 34236, within thirty (30) days from the first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
