Apartment No. 108, Unit Week Number 08 of CAMARON COVE RESORT CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 5430, Page 1801, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 65, Page 52 through 58, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, easements, terms and conditions as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium, and of record.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, May 16, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
