NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of April 2016 and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-000885, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2004-HE9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE9 is the Plaintiff and GERDA M. MCKENZIE; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF TERWIN MORTGAGE TRUST 2004-18SL, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES TMTS SERIES 2004-18SL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERDA M. MCKENZIE; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CHARLES MARKS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 20th day of May 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 45, MEADOW LAWN NINTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 2-4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
