NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2016, and entered in 13-000742-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-NC7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-NC7 is the Plaintiff and LEROY T.MANUEL, JR.; BARDMOOR NORTH PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATES RESOURCES CORP.; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
