NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-000671-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Robin Hirschberg a/k/a Robin D. Hirschberg; Unknown Spouse of Robin Hirschberg a/k/a Robin D. Hirschberg; Pipers Glen Condominium Association, Inc.; Pipers Glen Homeowners Association, Inc.; Capital One Bank (USA), National Association; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Perseverant Organization of Properties, LLC are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 3-D AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PIPERS GLEN CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4450, PAGES 988 THROUGH 1032, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4453. PAGE 1159 AND FURTHER AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4481, PAGE 591 AND O.R. BOOK 4481, PAGE 596 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 23, PAGES 12 THROUGH 15, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
