SAID MOBILE HOME TITLES HAVING BEEN PERMANENTLY RETIRED AS EVIDENCED BY THAT CERTAIN RETIRE TITLE AFFIDAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15755, PAGE 2402, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
