NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of April 2016 and entered in Case No. 13001114CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PATRICK E. WHITAKER A/K/A PATRICK WHITAKER A/K/A PATRICK EMORY WHITAKER; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE ROBERTO ROCHA; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of May 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 8, SUNHAVEN HOMES UNIT TWO REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 78 AND 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
