Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2016, entered in Civil Case Number 15-007586-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and RUTH M. BROWN, ROBERT GEORGE THORNE A/K/A ROBERT G. THORNE, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 20, BLOCK “N”, BROADWATER UNIT BLOCK N, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of May, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
