To Defendants JORGE ZAVALA, INDIVIDUALLY, JORGE ZAVALA, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LEWIS JOHN OLSEN, AMY ZAVALA, BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF LEWIS JOHN OLSEN, HEIDI LENHEART, BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN LEWIS OLSEN, SKY LOCH VILLAS OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 12, 2016, in Case No.: 52-2014-CA-008539 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JORGE ZAVALA, INDIVIDUALLY, et al. are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Lot 66, Unit 5 of unrecorded sales plat of Skye Loch Villas, described as follows: A part of Lot 7 of The Revised Plat of I. Hellers's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 19, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, further described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 8 of the aforementioned plat and run N 88 degrees 52' 03” W along the centerline of Beltress Street, 886.54' thence S 00Ëš22'26” W 1, 010.69' thence S. 88Ëš47'33” E., 369.92' to the P.O.B.; Thence N 01Ëš17'20” E 68.25'; thence S 88Ëš42'40” E 27.17'; thence S 01Ëš17'20” W 68.00'; thence N 88Ëš47'33” W, 27.17' to the P.O.B.
The above property will be sold on May 27, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
