Lot 66, Unit 5 of unrecorded sales plat of Skye Loch Villas, described as follows: A part of Lot 7 of The Revised Plat of I. Hellers's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 19, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, further described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 8 of the aforementioned plat and run N 88 degrees 52' 03” W along the centerline of Beltress Street, 886.54' thence S 00Ëš22'26” W 1, 010.69' thence S. 88Ëš47'33” E., 369.92' to the P.O.B.; Thence N 01Ëš17'20” E 68.25'; thence S 88Ëš42'40” E 27.17'; thence S 01Ëš17'20” W 68.00'; thence N 88Ëš47'33” W, 27.17' to the P.O.B.
The above property will be sold on May 27, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
