NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 07, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009397-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and FELCIA W. CAMPOS A/K/A F. W. CAMPOS A/K/A FELICIA CAMPOS A/K/A FELICIA W. CAPOS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 41, EDEN ISLE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 9 through 18, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
