NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2016, entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-001156 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and Donna J. Ortenzio; Lake View V Condominium at Heritage Lake Park Association, Inc.; Heritage Lake Park Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the August 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 108, BUILDING I, PHASE 1, LAKE VIEW V CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3038, PAGE 1904, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 19A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
