Amick a/k/a Rachel Amick, The Bank Of New York Mellon FKA The Bank Of New York, As Successor Trustee To JPMorgan Chase Bank, Board Of County Commissioner Of Charlotte County, Chris Sparkle Brite, Paula Chiero, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As Nominee For Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., State Of Florida, Department Of Revenue, The Clerk Of The Circuit Court Of Charlotte County, Tidewater Finance Company, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 6 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
