YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for fraudulent representation, civil conspiracy and for rescission of deeds, cancellation of deeds and for reformation of mortgage and promissory note, and for breach of the mortgage contract with respect to the property described below:
Lot 21, Block 789, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, Section 23, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 2A through 2Z41, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
