Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Florida, will, on June 1, 2016 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the property described as follows:
From the NW corner of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 18 East, go South 5341.76 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence East 642.27 feet; thence North 640.64 feet; thence West 60 feet; thence North 59.21 feet; thence West 583.53 feet; thence South 699.19 feet to the Point of Beginning, being ten (10) acres more or less, lying and being in Manatee County, Florida. (Tract 65 and 66 of Magnolia Manor Tracts Unrecorded.)
TOGETHER WITH
All machinery, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, appliances, inventory, accounts receivable, and other personal property, including all replacements and substitutions thereof, together with all judgments, and condemnation awards, unearned insurance premiums, insurance proceeds, utility rights, contract rights, and general intangibles of Debtor, located upon, appurtenant to, associated with, or arising out of the above-described property.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on February 25, 2016, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is 1st Manatee Bank vs. Darrell L. Turner, et al, and the Case number of which is number 2015 CA 4198.
