NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2016, and entered in 2015CA002970AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS F. KLINE; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
