NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-003622 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee, Successor In Interest To Bank Of America National Association, As Trustee, Successor By Merger To Lasalle Bank National Association, As Trustee For Lehman Xs Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-15, is the Plaintiff and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB, a Federal Savings Bank, Oakleaf Hammock Homeowners Association, Inc., Rosalind R. Massie aka Rosalind Richardson Massie, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Jada Massie, Walter A. Massie aka Walter A. Massie, Jr., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
