LOT 20, BLOCK 8, SILVERCREST SUBDIVISION, UNIT NUMBER 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 18 AND 18A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
