NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 04, 2016, and entered in 2015CA-004096-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-A is the Plaintiff and NICKEISHA LUE ; HOWARD G. LUE A/K/A HOWARD LUE ; MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION F/K/A MIDFLORIDA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION ; FORT SOCRUM VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
