NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2016, and entered in 2014CA-001578-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2. is the Plaintiff and CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; THE UKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BEULAH M.
