NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of April 2016 and entered in Case No. 53-2014-CA-001565, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANN M. ELLSWORTH; SUNSHINE TREE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A WILLIAM STANWICK IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of June 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 128, SUNSHINE TREE. PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
