NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 13, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-002221-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of May, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Situated in the County of Collier, State of Florida: The West 75 Feet of the East 150 Feet of Tract 72, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 63 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 63 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
