NOTICE is hereby given that, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 16th day of May, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. EST, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell out public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 6, LELY COUNTRY CLUB TANGLEWOOD I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, SAID CORNER BEING ON A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTH HAVING A RADIUS OF 14,526.16 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY 45.82 FEET ALONG SAID CURVE AND ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6, THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 00°10'51” (CHORD BEARS NORTH 78°53'36” EAST, 45.82 FEET); THENCE, NON-TANGENT TO SAID CURVE, NORTH 11°00'58” WEST 130.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6, SAID POINT BEING ON A NON-TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTH HAVING A RADIUS OF 14,656.16 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY 46.23 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY AND CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 00°10'51” (CHORD BEARS SOUTH 78°53'36” WEST 46.23 FEET) TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE, NON-TANGENT TO SAID CURVE, SOUTH 11°11'49” EAST 130.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINING.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
