NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001519, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARIE A. SANON; MICHELE SANON A/K/A MICHEL SANON; DARIUS BARTOK; LINDA BARTOK; TANGLEWOOD VILLAS OF LELY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; FAIRWAY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES INC; USA DEPT. OF TREASURY - IRS; LELY COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Dwight E. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
