NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 20, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA02582 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff, and MATTHEW D. SIMPSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW D. SIMPSON NKA Zashia Simpson; TD BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COMMERCE BANK, N.A.; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on May 16, 2016, at 11:00 A.M., IN THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX IN THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, LOCATED AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
