SIMPSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW D. SIMPSON NKA Zashia Simpson; TD BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COMMERCE BANK, N.A.; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on May 16, 2016, at 11:00 A.M., IN THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX IN THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, LOCATED AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
