NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2016 entered in Case No. 15-CA-050994, all of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JOEL SAEZ, MARY LOU SAEZ, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on wwww.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions beginning at 9:00a.m. on the 13th day of June, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 138, Unit 41, MIRROR LAKES in Sections 17 and 20, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 128, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
