NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 13, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2015-CA-051043 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 18 day of May, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 1125, BUILDING 11, OF BELLAMAR AT BEACHWALK II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3939, PAGE 574.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
